By scheduling or receiving services from J&J Professional Tree Service (“Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

J&J Professional Tree Service offers the following services:

• Tree removal, trimming, pruning, and stump grinding

• Lot clearing and land preparation

• Tree health care and fertilization

• Grapple truck services, including large debris removal and emergency cleanups

• Emergency tree services (storm-related)

All services are provided at the discretion of the Company and based on the scope agreed upon in the written or verbal estimate.

2. Estimates & Scope of Work

• Estimates are provided based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.

• Any changes to the scope of work after the estimate must be approved by the customer in writing or verbally.

• The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., hidden decay, access issues, or weather-related complications).

• Standard payment terms: 50% deposit before work begins (if agreed) and 50% due upon completion.

• Full payment is due upon completion of work unless a different arrangement is made.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or credit card.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, storms, or other events beyond our control.

• Emergency or storm-related services may require immediate scheduling and verbal approval.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work site.

• Pets, vehicles, and obstacles must be secured or removed.

• The Company is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden property defects unless clearly marked or disclosed.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

• Tree work is inherently risky. Customers acknowledge that certain risks, such as falling limbs, debris, or hidden decay, may exist.

• The Company takes all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee that all risks are eliminated.

• Emergency or storm-related services may be performed with verbal authorization.

• Scheduling may be prioritized based on urgency and safety considerations.

• The Company will document the work and provide information for insurance purposes if requested.

• J&J Professional Tree Service is fully insured for liability and workers’ compensation.
